Through years of collaboration with Explain Everything I had a voice in many projects. Below you can read a few chapters of my story.

Challenges

Challenges are playful projects for users to learn app interfaces. 

Explain Everything Whiteboard has a lot magic, beginner users could not know. By gamification we show it to them. I was taking part in the process, brainstorming and creating designs for lots of them, for example 'Owl-crafting', 'A link to the past', 'Off to a fresh start'.

Plans Pricing Page

How to find the best digital solutions to teach? Is there a plan that fits well with my needs? Where can I easily compare and find out about functionalities included?

We've crafted plans pricing page to answer all questions. It contains plans details, comparision tabels for those, who haven't decided yet, and flow for quick possibility to renew the license for those who want stay a little longer.

After sharing research insights, brainstorming, ideas, discussions, and A/B testing with the team, I've completed a high-fidelity design for plans page.

Whiteboard Features

As the technologies grow through years, I participated in adding new features like removing background from photo, selecting all items, add photos, shapes, links... Sometimes we changed the old features to meet users expectations. For example:

According to Jacob's Law users prefer your site to work the same way as all the other sites they already know.

The importance of mental models lead us to change behavior of the inspector tool and turn it into modern contextual menu.

Redesign

Explain Everything Whiteboard is available for school for many years. It was clear that it needed alignment and one consistent style through all apps and platforms. Team of designers and developers was working hard on it and finally we did it!

My responsibility was mainly to take care of redesign iOS app, focusing on platform specification and cohesion within product. Whiteboard gains new purple color, new icons, graphics and modern style.
